Senior Platform (Braze) Architect
Job Summary:
The Senior Platform Architect is a unique hybrid of business and technical consultant with the ability to operate as a digital tech lead focusing on the Braze Marketing Platform. Reporting to the Platform Director, the architect will create functional solutions supporting solution architectures for platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to our standards all while meeting the business' requirements. This position will oversee the delivery of the vertical and guide it through the relevant governance.
As the owner of email solutions for multiple clients, the architect will manage the successful onboarding and overall technological direction for our clients and work as a liaison between the account management and operations team to provide high quality, scalable technical solutions. The architect will display expertise, technical skills, and the ability to manage cross-division teams from project launch to completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate technical expertise while scoping and driving the creation of digital solutions, email campaigns, email reporting, and data integration.
Gather business, marketing, and technical requirements to create a comprehensive and scalable solution.
Architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
Resolve problems including client data feed issues.
Stay up to date with industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
Improve internal systems based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.
Be a consultant and technical expert on the Braze platform to serve clients' needs.
Bridge business and technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to grow and perform.
Lead technology discussions with clients.
Develop project scoping and estimating guidelines for designated Solution Platform.
Develop and share best practices for designated Solution Platform.
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of architecture experience with the Braze platform
Cross-channel marketing experience (Email, Android/iOS Push, SMS, Web Push, etc)
Previous consulting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
