HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Development, along with a strategic mindset. He/she is self-motivated and willing to roll up their sleeves and cover a wide range of human resource related tasks and provide guidance and support for the whole company. Through this position the company will strengthen and develop HR processes within the organization. This position reports directly to the President and has direct supervision responsibility over the HR Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent acquisition and development
Employee engagement and training
Oversight of all PEO managed areas, such as benefit administration, payroll, 401k
Recruitment for all exempt and non-exempt personnel
Developing and/or providing resources for training and coaching programs for all employees
Maintenance of all employment agreements and human resource records
Workforce planning and development
Overall human resource compliance
Develop, implement and maintain various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, personnel policies and procedures, and handbooks or guidelines.
Administer compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary; assists in compensation determination
Time sheets and payrolls
Benefits administration to include communicating benefit information to employees.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in in human resources or a related field and four years of human resource experience; or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Five (5) + years of Human Resources experience
Strong organizational management skills with demonstrated self-sufficiency
Willing to “roll up sleeves" for all HR function
Excellent written and communication skills
