Accomplished Technical Support and Systems Analyst.
Technically sound in hardware/software and networking acting as the liaison between IT and end users.
Application owner of multiple applications (Clinical and Non-clinical) and 3rd party integrators.
Takes primary ownership for applications software and file maintenance support for break-fixes, optimizations, special updates, upgrades, and implementations.
Leads/facilitates system design, validation, and/or remediation sessions.
Resolves highly complex, multi-function application errors and system issues independently.
Owns tickets/issues (averaging around 40-50 at a time), following through to completion until successfully closed out by troubleshooting, contacting appropriate vendors and/or bringing in the right technical resources.
COLLABORATION ENGINEER
Bachelor’s Degree.
10 years experience as a Collaboration Engineer.
Provides voice support for corporate locations in North America – 80 locations and over 2,000 users and devices.
Works extensively in Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Unified Contact Center Express
Experience with scripting.
Worked in both non-clinical and clinical environments.
PROJECT MANAGER
Serves as a training point of contact for designated group of internal stakeholders.
Participates in initial Kick-Off Calls, conduct online trainings, and assist the team in creation of their workflows to correlate with end-user training.
Analyzes facility operations and processes to design the most efficient clinical workflow and training plan with the utilization of pre-live implementation forms.
Uses clinical workflow knowledge and independent judgement in software training curriculum and provide basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Post go-live, assist clinicians/providers with application and workflow questions, prior to transition to support.
Provide go-live support.
Maintains education and on-going learning relative to new releases/versions of the product.
